I came across some news earlier that I had to share with you all. This story comes out of LOOP Jamaica.
The Jamaica dollar has apparently declined by $1.42 against the United States greenback. According to the trading summary of the Bank of Jamaica, it’s depreciated by $1.42 amount against the U.S. dollar. It closed at $132.78 from $131.36 against the USD on the prior trading day, and it hit a low of $137.96 in August of 2018. It’s also been advised that “the British Pound Sterling closed at $169.41 from $167.54, while the Canadian dollar closed at $100.29 from $100.58.”
