In a previous post, I discussed the importance of taking control of your health by investing in Holistic remedies. My go-to scholar has been Dr. Llaila Afrika, but in recent months I’ve gravitated towards another scholar whose teachings have been just as effective. Dr. Sebi.
Dr. Sebi was a pathologist, herbalist, biochemist, and naturalist who studied in North, Central, and South America, Africa, as well as the Caribbean. He dedicated over 30 years of his life to healing, basing his concepts on an alkaline diet instead of hybrid foods that have been proven to cause diseases.
