If you’ve been following this blog, then you probably know that I like to eat. So it’s only right that I highlight a premier food truck in the Carolinas.

Taste Moore Soul

Based in Charlotte, NC, Taste Moore Soul is a mobile kitchen on wheels with a menu made from the heart and served with a smile. Some of their delicious options include grilled chicken, mac & cheese, collard greens, sweet potatoes, roasted vegetables, chicken tenders w/ fries, a variety of desserts, and my favorite…the “Soul Roll.” They’re available to serve at special events (weddings, reunions, sports gatherings, business luncheons, etc.), apartment complexes, and neighborhoods. Their hours of operation may vary depending on the event.
