I just came across an update regarding Sudan and the United States and had to share my findings with you all.
The following information is from Africa News.
President Donald Trump has signaled the removal of Sudan from the U.S. terrorist list if they pay $335 million in compensation to American terror victims and their families. This compensation ties to the 1998 bombings of the United States embassies in Kenya and Tanzania, conducted by Osama Bin Laden, who had been living in Sudan since 1993. If the payment goes through, this will set Sudan up for much-needed international loans and aid for their economy.
President Trump made this announcement on Twitter.

Sudan’s Prime Minister, Abdalla Hamdok, thanked the President.

I don’t understand how this is good news for Sudan. It just sets the country up for debt slavery and more dependency from European nations.
