There’s some interesting news coming out of Senegal that I had to share. The following information is from Africa News.

Goree, a Senegal island that’s closely linked to the slave trade, is renaming one of its main squares in response to the racial violence happening throughout the world. Europe Square will now be named the Liberty and Human Dignity Square. The death of George Floyd sparked the move, and the inauguration will pay tribute to Floyd and all victims of racial crimes.
