I came across an update regarding the coronavirus and had to share my findings with you all. The following information is from Africa News.

China is putting in great efforts to develop a vaccine for the coronavirus. The Chinese Minister of Science and Technology, Wang Zhigang, stated the following:

“When a Chinese vaccine is ready for application after research and development, and clinical tests, we will implement the commitment made by Chinese President Xi Jinping at the 73rd World Health Assembly, providing the vaccine to the world as global public goods.”

The World Health Organization (WHO) advised that there are 125 COVID-19 vaccine projects in the works, and China is in the lead.
