Dr. Fola David is a visual artist from Lagos, Nigeria, who uses his day job as a medical doctor to inspire his art. He advised the following:

“In the hospital, I mainly use my hand to take care of people. And the same thing I do with my art.” 

His favorite subjects are those with skin imperfections. And by depicting those imperfections, he hopes he will inspire others to feel more confident in their skin and boost their self-esteem, just like he does with his patients.
