    Everyone’s experience with depression is different. The world is at a troublesome junction with so much injustice all the time it hurts to breathe. Situational depression can be helped by faith, as can clinical depression. I think spirituality, exercise, healthy food, good friends and counseling can help us when we’re hurting and depressed. From my personal experience as someone with long term clinical depression, medication can be a good option to stabilize my mood. There is no shame in saying it has saved my life. -Rebecca
